Packaging Tech/Custodial Duties
This position will provide packaging services of animal health products in accordance to work schedule and must stay within GMP compliance. Qualifications: Experience packaging and inspecting pharmaceuticals products.
In addition to packaging services this position will provide cleaning services in assigned areas in accordance with Zoetis guidelines and standards including proper documentation and record keeping. 
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. 
• Gather and empty trash. 
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms. 
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. 
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. 
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. 
• Clean and restore building interiors damaged by water leaks or condensate, using commercial cleaning equipment. 
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. 
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. 
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs. 
• Report supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties.
• Inspect to ensure that packaged products are in acceptable physical conditions for the clients and consumers
• Inspect products from packaging lines with respect to the labels, lot number, expiration dates and products physical quality
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery
• Assist in the cleaning and assembly of equipment;
• Maintain registry of the destroyed printed material during the manufacturing process
• Pack and palletize
• Shrink wrap skid product
• Prepare product for destruction
• High school graduate or GED
• Six months prior packaging and cleaning experience (preferred)
• Experience operating, cleaning and assembling of packaging equipment and machinery
• Must be familiar with general safety procedure and guidelines

• Manual dexterity using hands and fingers
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision work
• Constant standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Continual need to stoop, kneel, crouch and climb; reach with hands and arms
• Occasional cleaning overhead is required
• Capable of lifting 20-50 lbs. routinely
• Ability to work flexible hours, workweek and overtime

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
